I noticed this while testing out a Kaltura embed code that was mentioned

Hi Tony,
Looking at the git history, it appears the $username parameter of
display_username() was added back in 2010 in order to support the
$cfg-searchusernames option, i.e. Administration - Site options -
User settings - Search usernames. This option is on by default, and its

Hm, the tricky thing about this is deciding who gets permission to
submit the page. Because submitting locks the page from editing, so
there are some security implications to it. If multiple study-groups of
students are using the same Mahara group to work on their collaborative
pages, a student

Thanks for reporting it Jinelle! It looks like the message there is
correct, but it's using log_info() to print it, which makes it look like
an error report even though it's not an error.
I'm marking this one as low priority because the bulk export tool is a
somewhat rarely used admin tool, so
I prefer to have a separate bug report for each specific version
upgrade. That way we can mark it closed when it's done, and it's
easier to keep track of it.

Hi Joannie,
Thanks for the bug report! I've verified that this bug exists in every
current version of Mahara: 1.8, 1.9, 1.10, and 15.04dev.
The page description is present in the generated leap2a's XML file, but
it's not imported properly.

I did some initial work towards this under Bug 1284887.
Honestly, I feel like in a perfect world this would be something that
your friendly sysadmin could configure your mail server to deal with.
Kind of like how denial-of-service stuff is also better handled at the
server level.
But this is a
To test:
1. Put an External media block in a Page
2. Enter an embed code into the block, and verify that it works. For
instance, this one from YouTube:
iframe width=420 height=315
src=https://www.youtube.com/embed/sVMhuiHm50I; frameborder=0
allowfullscreen/iframe
3. Save the block and verify
Um, typo above. The embed code in step 4 is supposed to have a line
break before the closing iframe tag. Like this:
iframe width=420 height=315
src=https://www.youtube.com/embed/sVMhuiHm50I; frameborder=0 allowfullscreen
/iframe
