The issue seems to be only with the Wisemapping code. Other code works
fine, including Padlet (see below). There, the block is fully responsive
as is the content. For Wisemapping it looks like there is a standard
size that it needs. Changing the width and height values in the embed
code themselves

A custom external media embed code did not go into responsive mode on an
iPad. I could see it as well in the Ocean theme. We'd need to test also
