I installed everything and created a list. After adding members, I sent
an e-mail via kmail to the list. But the arriving e-mail does not
contain any "list-id" headers. According to documentation, it should be

The web interface works fine, I just can't receive email from the lists,
when I subscribe a
user they do receive a welcome message, but when they try to post a
message to the list it's never received by any of the list
