I've read thru the faq but not managed to find the answer and also
searched the archives using terms:
bounce processing postmaster copy in various combinations.
I've found a similar post from someone but no answer:

I am having the problem detailed in:
http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py?req=showfile=faq02.003.htp
And have used the hack described. This shouldn't create problems for us
as we run an announce only list.

1. Is it possible to cause 'config_list -i' to take input from
stdin instead of a file?

1) I wanted to set it up so the emails of people posting to the group
are covered up, but when members reply, it gets sent to the poster's
email automatically - The replyer's email address is then revealed to

Yep (does mail to listname-bounces get delivered properly to mailman?)

I've made the preliminary release of a modified Mailman 2.1.5
distribution tagged 2.1.5bsi-0.1 which includes some simple
modifications to allow subscriber data to be stored in a MySQL database
or a MSSQL/Sybase database. It is freely available at:
Hi folks, a Newbie here.
Suddenly our list is generating a high volume of messages about our mail being
unacceptable, and one saying we seem to be infected with a worm.
Any advice on what to do?
Thanks

I just installed Mailman 2.1.5.
After creating a new list I noticed that no mail was being sent from it.
So I checked the FAQ and a red flag was raised in Section 2 where it
says that after running newlist I should have 4 lines printed out.
I do not see these four lines.
I get the following:

I tried to implement VERP so I could take advantage of the bounce tracking but postfix
rejects the returned bounces as an unknown address. Does anyone here know how to set
up Postfix with VERP? I read the VERP info on the Postfix site but it doesn't SEEM to
apply to the way Mailman says it
About half of my archives were deleted by an over-zealous and under-smart

The deletion, and backup, took place before I did an upgrade from 2.14 to

I'm new to the list, so please be kind. :-)
A friend of mine running Mailman successfully on a Linux system for
years moved and got another job. To make a long story short, he has a
Tar file of his entire Linux system with Mailman (1.9 gigs) and wants
to be able to send out an e-mail
