I inherited a large list, and there are a few users on the list who
want to unsubscribe. However, they must be getting their e-mail through
an alias somewhere, because the addresses they receive the mail on are
not to be found in the list. Is there a way to add to the header or

Have the Outlook Express user go to Tools-Options-Read and select
Read all messages in plain text.
