Im on a hosted server. I am trying to decide if I want to archive my lists or not. I don't seem to see any place that allows trimming the archives if they start taking up too much space or just get too many in general if I want to do it on weekly basis. Is that option available some place?

Seems my other post explains it. Email has nothing to do with it but the admin password does. You can put anything you want or nothing into the email box but putting the admin password lets you see. I was using test email with same password so it let me in. So in other words the box for
