Well, if mailman do not provide such a tool, there is lots of quick ways to find such a files: Lets assume that any given .pck file must have at least 5 lines to be considered a `good one'. So you can find those files who have less than 5 lines, then you can delete it Simple python oneliner

You are correct. This was SuSE Linux 10.1, which appears to be 2.1.7 with a lot of patches. I went ahead and installed 2.1.9 and it seemed to resolve the issue. I'm guessing the problem was RFC-2231 file names that spanned multiple lines. The outbound message had REALLY long file names. Once
