When I send a message out through the mailing list, the sent by address
alwayse seems to be listname-bounces@hostname. Is it possible to remove
the bounces apendation from the sent name so that it only shows
listname@hostname?

problem is that they want some of these headers changed around and we have
10-12 lists that sort of relate to each other.

Thanks Mark, your guess was correct. The messages were getting put in the
qfiles/in/ queue on the frontend and never processed by IncomingRunner on
the backend. My resolution was to change *QUEUE_DIR config lines on both
servers to point to a shared NFS mount.

configured as per this site:
