I should know better. The attachment was stripped from the list by
content filtering. Ti is attached again as DuplicatePost.py.txt, but
of course needs to be renamed for use.

We recently moved over to mailman from Ecartis at $dayjob, and one of the
largest annoyances is that mailman seems to have no ability to strip
duplicate messages that are sent to the lists.
