I have an office that has a constituent that is repeatedly replying to emails
asking to be unsubscribed. Problem is our logs indicate we never sent the email
they are clearly replying to. I suspect somewhere an old redirect rule is in

Yes, it's a bigger issue, and we *think* BofA is on top of it, but it's
really been tricky to deal with

We have similar issues with Trend Micro.
None of our IPs are dynamic, but from time to time we get reports from
our clients that their IPs are listed on Trend Micro's DUL.
The lookup form, and linked removal form, work well for us:

I can discuss with our network team, not sure if they do those things.
However, to Viktor's point, we have updated our PBL listings recently (within
the last year or so). I'm not sure why this IP (or range) is being treated as
dynamic by TM.
