Appreciate everyone's thoughts, and yeah -- it's free, so I'm not
expecting much.
I think the most irritating aspect of all this, is that I KNOW there is
a working Recovery Account tied to the e-mail address we're trying t
... if there's anyone from Google Mail lurking, I have a customer trying
to get back into their account, and there's a back-up recovery e-mail
ready and waiting, but the usual g-mail processes just don't seem to
want to utilize it.

I have an IP that's being blocked. I've checked all of the DNS BLs, and
we're 100% clean (as far as I can tell.)
E-mails to abuse_...@abuse-att.net have gone unanswered.
