Philosophical debates aside about IPs, SWIP, OS stacks, domain registration,

More importantly if the rejection is based on abuse of the new brand/domain we
would definitely like to mitigate that ASAP.

Hi Brandon,
How can we work with Google to resolve our current issue? Happy to discuss off
list if that is better for you.

Thanks, we started those last night. Might make it into an hourly routine.
Would be nice if their form had an incident ID to help correlate the reports.
Does anyone know if they recently made changes to their inbound policies for
DMARC/SPF/DKIM?

Is there anyone on the list from Gmail? Alternatively does anyone have a
contact they would be willing to share?
We have filled out their forms, but looking for a way to resolve domain based
delivery issues.

Is anyone from Comcast on this list or does anyone have a good contact for
email admins there? Looking to troubleshoot end users messages that are being

Anyone on the list from Barracuda? We have a mutual client trying to use

I have increased query-errors logging in BIND to level 10. Hopefully that will
give us more to work with when the problem re-occurs. Hopefully all the
invalid PTRs won’t cause these logs to melt the boxes.

possibly records, but haven’t proved it yet. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
