IP rep is a big deal, still. You might want to keep the existing IP. Or if you do plan to keep it, relay mail from your new server through it. SMB/low volume mail is the trickiest to sort of IP warm correctly, so I honestly expect you'll have some pain. Here and elsewhere you'll find people
