Loading this URL

I get a page not found error:

That url works for me...I get the xml just fine. Maybe it's a
firewall blocking you James...This url is using 6080, and I could
totally see that being blocked by Stantec's firewall.

yep, error message was pretty clear about what the problem is
it's really important to state version numbers
we need to know
1. the source mapguide server version,
2. the software used to export the MGP
3. what the target version mapguide server version
