[mapguide-users] Transparency on IE6 for Selection

It appears with the introduction of the RENDERDYNAMICOVERLAY for selection we aren't calling the alpha transparency check on the image being generated. I can't find in the code how this is done to suggest a fix. As a result selection on a fusion layout in IE6 doesn't have a transparent
