I use Mapinfo a lot but I'd like to expand my skills base and learn a bit of
programming. Where do I start? Any recommendations / suggestions..?
Also, any beginners courses on programming or databases in London during

The best resources for learning are looking at, and tweaking,
code written by others. Take a look at the code in the Samples
directory, and the KGM utilities (downloadable from the MapInfo-L
file archives at http://www.directionsmag.com/mapinfo-l/), as
well as many other mapbasic sources there.
