Hi all,
I am trying to bring (Excel) data into Mapinfo which is in Julien date

- if I change the type in MapInfo from Float to Date, the column becomes

Any ideas ?

Sorry if this has already been discussed...
We've just 'migrated' to Windows 2000 from NT. Now when I print to a pdf

other fonts. And it's not the wingdings I used to get when I would

I have point data for cities, towns, villages, and some points of interest
(especially, ports, airports, railway stations).
About 80,000 places, but subsets can be extracted on the basis of
population, presence of postcodes, administrative functions, etc (all
surrogate measures of importance).
Is there a source for free or inexpensive US School District boundaries?

The MIF format for Region objects is fairly unstructured. In a MIF file
created by MI Pro, the first polygon in the region will be an outtermost

that, you can assume little. Subsequent polygons can either be int

The 'Dim mobjMI As MapInfo.MapInfoApplication' line will only work if you
set the VB project to reference the MapInfo OLE automation type library
