Hi, This workaround should be OK: Save as TIFF or PNG. Open in any graphics program and save as PNG or GIF and specify transparency. Irfanview does the job and it is free: http://www.irfanview.com/ IrfanView is very flexible, but for some reason there is no support for transparency for PNG

OK I have RTFM and RTMI-L over and over.. I have a strong back ground in SQL yet new to the whole GIS scene... This is what I am facing. I have a table of data on a SQL server, I want to bring the table into Mapinfo and have that information appear in the information pop up in Map info.
