One way would be to use a layout were these things were place as default.
I have deveploed a application for MapInfo called PlotTools that can print
in scale using these layout templates.

The MapBasic command Save Window As ... has a Copyright clause that'll insert a
text in the bottom of the exported map image.
Another possibility, if using a layout, is to define a text or a frame (with a logo)
and overlay the map with this when printing.
