This is very likely a well known error. In MI 7.5 Workspace Packager I often
get the error
Unable to parse workspace, then a message:
The Workspace Packager cannot run. A working folder could not be created in
the following location:
C:\Documents and Settings\ue00090\Application

Out of curious coincidence, I was talking to a MI user who had the same
problem today.
They discovered that the packager chokes at blanks and öäå (scandinavian
characters) in paths and filenames.
Once they had cleaned their environment from that, the packager failed no
more.

Does someone know a sql statement that allows me to add an incremental number to a
table? I have a list of 60 things and I want to number them starting from 1-60. Or is
