G'day Bill, Sorry to hear you still have the problem. We solved 99% of ours by switching the NVIDIA graphics card to a Matrox Millennium P650 PCIe 128Mb. May also be network access/traffic slowing up large files - we experience this with statewide road networks. Good Luck Greg.
