Hi Leva,
Try to find the MapInfow.fnt file on your computer and copy it to the other
computer(s).
This should help.

Hello list,
I am working in MI 8.0 with a lot of geo-referenced bitmaps. When working with
vector-files
you can use the info-tool to see the name of the layer. For bitmaps is this
info-tool not
working. Does anyone know if there is a mapbasic tool for this?
Thanks!
Met vriendelijke groet,
just a note to let
you's know i'm unsubscribing from mapinfo-L soon. (once i figger out how
to...)

Ian,
If the other advice
hasn't already helped then you may find that using an alias to reference the
column will solve the problem. I often have problems in code when I'm
trying to get the value of a column and they nearly always revolve around

Could anyone please tell me how to count the number of
points within a buffer?
I have what look like single points in some buffers, and I
need to exclude any buffers containing less than 4 points.
Any help on this issue would be gratefully received.
Thanks

Lee,
Say your buffers are in table ‘buffers’
and your points are in table ‘points’, try the following query:
Fields {buffers.ID, Count(*)}
Tables {points, buffers}
Where {points.Obj Within
buffers.Obj}
Group {buffers.ID}
Order {}
Into {Selection}
