Hi Christian, I believe that IMG is one of raster image format, MapInfo Professional is not supporting it. I faced this problem before and I used ArcView to save it as TIF file. When I opened it from MapInfo it asked about Projection, then it has been registered automatically. I hope this help!

Hi Frank, When you change the default of Autolabel, the labels became as it is custom label, so you can't remove it by uncheck the Autolabel function in layer control, it is no more Automatic label. You have to select it and press delete or choose Clear Custom Label from map menu. Thanks Ami A
