MI-L Populating MultiListBox based on Selected Table in PopUpMenu

It looks like I am stuck. I have a Popup Menu where it lists all tables that are open. I have a MultiList Box that I would like to populate with the columns within the table selected in the Popup Menu. Can anyone help? Thanks, John
