project(s) with Cumberland County, NC. (Mike Osbourn,

Yep have used and set up Exponare public and enquiry, but have not used
with Oracle Spatial.
As for set up, get the best possible server that you can get your hands
on, load it up plenty of Ram - rumours exist of a memory leak on the
MapExtreme side of things.
