Perhaps I'm missing something... but the command I'm using is supposed to *read* the .e00 file and *write* the shapefile... so why would ogr2ogr be writing a .e00 file? Do I have something backwards, or is there an intermediate step I'm not aware of? sorry ignore my response. -- Jeff
