Wrong on all counts I'm afraid. WinOnCD, Nero and EZCD4 all allow you to set
SCMS status to either "Original" or "Copy".

To stop getting this list send a message containing just the word

If i had understood the method, you have to copy the CD to another CD
(setting the SCMS status )to finaly cpy
the second to the MD. So you need a computer and a lot of blank CD. But
for a pert of us we choose MD to avoid buying
an computer + a CDR drive.
This method isn't working for all the MD

No, it isn't, because you can! You can clone SCMS-unlimited,
SCMS-penultimate, or SCMS-final TOC information from another MD, or you can
make the first pass of a two-pass recording SCMS-final, SCMS-penultimate, or
SCMS-unlimited
