Im looking for a way to include a list of pages that link to the current page
in the article.
Even better would to be able to do this with the condition that the pages
listed are in a specific category.
So if I have a "Part" article, and id like a list of "project" articles that
link to that p

It seems the action=parse prop=sections does not return anything UNLESS
there is a TOC (i.e. at least four sections). Is this intentional? Am I
missing something?
