Good suggestion, didn't think to it.
Perfect, deleted with:
/index.php/File:filename1.png?action=delete
Thanks,

In order to avoid a bad bug I've encountered (which breaks the wiki pages
of the "File" namespace for image files with big resolution), I need to
prevent users from uploading images with width and height over some wise
limit.
How can it be done?

I have two image pages (File:filename1.png, File:filename2.jpg) that, when
opened, show a blank empty page on the server.
It seems to happen when someone uploads images with big resolution (the
images are there correctly uploaded, but their "File:" wiki pages are
broken).

Maybe this one could be useful to you?

Impressive design and wiki (code/gfx/ui).
Well done, even if I can't read German language.

Well, I do agree with Steve: why one should suppose that something doesn't
::exist:: yet, if he can ::see:: it?
The bug here is the fact that it's done with developer's view, while UI
should be done with plain user's view.
You have to "create" it on the ::database::, but users should not care

I think he was referring to CKeditor, not FCKeditor.

I've succeeded but I've done it into Semantic Forms textarea fields,
hacking Semantic Forms code, because that was my need.
I suspect this is not what you want, by the way atm I don't have the time
to reorganize the stuff and thoughts in a form it could be shared easily,
by now it's just a ha
Wikia extensions are not "immediately" useable into a vanilla MediaWiki,
as they often require Wikia codebase.
I'm sorry I cannot say how much work you would need to make it work
without using Wikia, and how to extimate it: it could be trivial, or it
could be not.

I'm sorry Ćukasz but the short story is I haven't succeeded in using the
WikiaMiniUpload extension in MediaWiki.
It would be too much long and hard to remember all the errors I've
encountered in my attempt, because I started integrating one after the
other several parts of the monaco skin and

I don't know your requirements, but probably you should look at Semantic
Forms extension (which requires Semantic MediaWiki extension):

Doesn't fit, as what I would like to accomplish is e.g. (and especially)
doing hard work on the templates and forms (I'm using Semantic Forms) and
see the changes on the rendered pag

Oh cool, I didn't even realize you use CKEditor, I was doing it my way :)
But your one is special: wiki text...
I must say that you have done a damn good job with all that stuff for
Wikia.

Can the WikiaMiniUpload extension for Wikia be used on MediaWiki, out of
the box or even with some hacks?
I have integrated CKeditor and would like to put a button triggering
WikiaMiniUpload, which is really cool: can this be done, or could you give
me some directions, and could you tell me
I can't understand well your requirements, but probably you may have a
look to this extension, which seems close to what you are asking (but
never tried it):

Sorry, I can't see how this could help towards the explained aim. It seems
just an extension dealing with cache, which wasn't a problem at all for me
since - as already written - I've completely turned it
Hallo to all of you there.
I'm trying to have a way to speed up development of the initial setup of
my wiki before moving to the remote server. I mean, I want to do and see
changes in a wiki page with *just* the following steps (not one more!):
1) edit a file in my favourite text editor
2) A
