There's Refreshed, which Brickipedia designed after moving off of Wikia.
Originally we meant to make it a skin to help transition Wikia users to a
more traditional MediaWiki setup, and since it's developed into a pretty
functional and "attractive" (although that's an opinion).

Instead of having all the communities on the same MediaWiki wiki separated
by page names, you can run multiple wikis off one MediaWiki installation.
At Brickimedia (see http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Brickimedia) each wiki
runs off one MediaWiki installation and just loads a different
LocalSettings
On Brickimedia <http:mediawiki.org/wiki/Brickimedia> if I checkout
REL1_24, $wgDisableCounters = true; seems to work fine. Brickimedia is on
1.23.7 for the time being though for other reasons, but when I just quickly
tested the site on 1.24 I saw no counter.

I do know that the Refreshed skin developed by Brickimedia has
responsiveness for both tablets and phones. It can be found at
