If Qt is a component of Tizen, it's fine. If not, Tizen is not of much
interest for me.

reference build, Nomovok will continue to support Qt in our Tizen builds.
We have today one MeeGo community meeting at Tampere today where we discuss
more on this. From our perspective this is extension to MeeGo.
