Hello MeeGos !
This is brief status update of "MeeGo to N900" project. This project is
currently running as Nokia project, and I am Nokia project lead for it. The
current closed mode of development is not the target for us at all, but rather
transitional condition. As already discussed by Valt

I am very happy to read this.
I give Nokia a standing ovation for the commitment and effort I read
about in your email.
Why doesn't Nokia communicate information like this on a more regular
basis ?
Thanks

Then under that rule, Linux would not be a success. I think you need to

Hi,
I'd like to use polkit-auth command but it's not available at MeeGo but in
Moblin 2.1 was available within the PolicyKit package.
It will be included in meego or I'll need to look for a workaround?

I am working with a BIOS vendor and would like to do this in order to

Anyone know where the meego netbook yum repo went? In build 2010-04-20, it was
supposed to be at
http://repo.meego.com/MeeGo/devel/netbook/repo/ia32/os
there is no 'netbook' folder under 'devel'.
Thanks.

Hey Clayne,
Unfortunately, it's never been made publicly available, even though there's
publicly hosted kickstart files that reference it.
I logged a bug on this on the 12th and it's been assigned.

Greg, Arjan,
Thanks for advice, after further discussion with BIOS engineer,
It is NOT that I/this project explicitly require UEFI.
What we require is that the Linux bootloader (grub or whatever MeeGo uses (I
know Moblin used Grub)) NOT have transitioned into 16 bit real mode when it,
