Well, rather than using xdg-open and use mimetypes, I was looking for how to
add new protocol handlers. For example to have url of that form
"dummy://..." This would start a given application associated to this
"dummy" protocol. Pretty much like apt in Ubuntu where you declare links in web

all the needed pakcages but do not install them and export one
note:"xxx.rpm Public key is unavailabe". Is there anybody meet the same
