Okay, I feel that I have solved the issue. It was multi-faceted:
1) When I was probing the h5 file with h5totxt, I was reading data from a
wrong point (should've been at -x60 -y11 -z11, not -y0 -z0).
2) Also, when using "output-efield", there are 3 different datasets (x, y,
&z) which the h5totxt wa
