h5topng -z 1 -R -Zc dkbluered -a yarg -A ez-000200.00.h5 -A file : overlay data from file, as specified by -y If you are using -A, you have to specify 2 files, one for -A feature (don't know what is it) and one as an actual datafile. h5topng sees only one and attributes it to -A. So, you
