condition. It is a one ouwner car and had spent most of its life out in
California, only the last (2) years here in Ohio. The was only one rust
point that I saw around the bottom of the right rear turn signal housing.

I don't think there's that much weight difference from a 201 Turbo.
The 201 turbo and 16v both weighed 3000-3050lb, and I think a lot of the 124s
are in the 3200-3400 range.

It is a E300D and am comparing it to a 190D that is 2800-2900lbs the E300 is

different. Versions of the 102 use the same style clutch as a 601, but
they're different part numbers and may or may not work/fit.

Went and looked at that 87 300d today. Its a pretty nice car. Maybe a 7 out of
10 body wise with a little rust in the jack points and one palm size rust spot
on the trunk lid near the badge.
What worries me about the car is that it sounds like a big di diesel when its
running. When he started

The 87 300D is nice indeed. the 87 300TD is not shabby either. A
good running 300SDL is very nice too!
for economy, the 210 with the OM 602 turbo is a nice combination,
although I have never had one. I sure do like OM603s, 14 heads and all!
