First thing to check is the ground cable on the battery. Remove the battery end and clean it up with a wire brush. Also clean up the terminal on the battery. Then disconnect the other end of the ground cable where it connects to the chassis. Clean both the chassis and the terminal on the end of

It sure can. One day my 82 SD wouldn't start. The GP fuse looked good. But when I loosened one of the screws that holds the fuse, half of the fuse fell out. It was cracked totally through at the bend but that was not visible with the fuse installed. You need loosen one of the screws to check

Agreed, you need to check it see if you're getting power at the plugs from the relay. Does the light on the dash come on? It's also possible for the GP relay fuse to look ok, but actually have a small crack that's not immediately visible. So remove it and inspect carefully. Jaime On Thursday,
