Never seen a wheel "upgrade" that didn't look worse than the originals, maybe with the exception of using MB wheels on a VW Vanagon. Proportions are just wrong for these wheels on that car. Looks like they would be rubbing on hard turns as well.

Yes, I believe you. When you loosen off the bolt holding the filter housing on, oil comes out all over it, even if the sump has already been drained. I do think that it would be easier to re-install the filter housing if I could stand under it and push it up into the hole. I really cannot see

Yes, I try to change it late in the fall since I don't drive it during the winter. For years I put it away on Halloween because my insurance ran out then. I would switch it to storage insurance for the winter and put full insurance back on in the spring once the roads were cleaned of winter
