Yea, mine do the pivot, but there is a definite click that you can't
miss. I think they are lifetime warranty, maybe you should take yours
back and exchange it. Or perhaps you are just so old, its hard for you

I think these cameras that Poos recommended are the best thing since
sliced bread. It is now dark so I went out to play with them to test
their detection. They work pretty good. They also have a really
bright floodlight that comes on at dark when they detect motion. I have
it set to come
