the dpf has been deleted and tuned. In the past 40k I have done the
timing chain with guides, Turbo actuator, replaced front differential,
A/C compressor, transmission has been service, serviced the transfer
case and rear differential, oil cooler seals, oil change every 5k,
battery was changed
Lots of stuff there. It would be tough to pick three to take home.

I was thinking 2007 would be early for DPF but it looks like MB started adding
them in 2003 and put them in all cars by 2005. Interesting, VW was apparently
late to the DPF party. Angie's 2005 Golf has a cat but no DPF.

Perhaps NC doesn't inspect cars. Indiana doesn't.
What's more surprising to me is people advertising that they have removed the
factory emissions equipment. As far as I know that's a huge EPA fine. I guess
it must not be enforced much.
