Walt, Along with other countries the American government have offered to help in any way they can. The people of Queensland will be grateful for any help they can get - last reports were that the 70 cities & towns have been affected, there have been 15 deaths, 61 people are still unaccounted

I realize there is a difference in "world status", but the media was all over the "donate anything you can!" angle with Haiti, and it just seems odd that I've not heard a peep in regards to this. I'm glad that there is an offer on the table though, it strengthens my small belife that we as a count
