Kaleb, have a look at these... I find the head band lighted magnifier with interchangeable lenses give good result. Often.. things that need more "seeing" can't be brought to the bench and put under the stationary lense... the headband goes where I am... more light can be supplied with a LED

So after replacing the caps it worked but was intermittent. So I reflowed the solder on all the joints. It worked better but still intermittent. I pulled it again yesterday and reflowed the joints again and added a little solder to a few joints that were lacking. Put the board back in the car
