Toyota used to have the Hilux LN 41, LN51 which were NA and turbo half
and 1 ton trucks but that was back in the early eighties and may have
only been here in Canada.
You may find one out there but it'll probably taken over by the tin worm

I miss the ugly, yet kind of cool in an odd eccentric way, diesel VW
pickups. Mitsubishi Mighty Max had a diesel option outside the US as
well
