Has anyone had experience using Permatex Hylomar HPF on water, oil, or
deisel applications?

Yup, Great stuff, assemble and fire it up. If you have to take it apart
again, clean it up with a rag , re-apply to same gasket in many cases
and reassemble. Handy stuff

I lucked out last week. Local parts store hadn't been selling any of it
except to me, and they put the whole lot on clearance for half price...I
cleaned them out :-)

discontinued it sometime back as there is no reference to it on their
website

This is my staple sealer however I thought the it was just marketed by
permatex, I always thought it was some Euro stuff. Learned about it from a
Porsche Mechanic
Google it, there seems to be plenty.
