yeah!  If you were lucky, after fixing it up, you might get $3500 for it.  Andrew will make up the loss and give you a profit; Eh, Andrew?   Share the wealth! 2000 up MB Lektronic toys don't bring much money. Floyd Thursby via Mercedes wrote on 4/12/19 3:02 PM: I doubt if the seller would go

Even if they would the resale wouldn’t make it worthwhile after you do the top hydraulics and the bumper. That’s probably $1500 or more DIY. Top hydraulics will cost you $700-$800 for the rebuilt cylinders alone. These cars are not flipworthy unless it’s a special one, like an anniversary

I doubt if the seller would go that low but who knows, for a bit less it would probably be a good deal if you factor in $1000 for the top, and $1000 for the bumpers.  Yeah, so maybe $4k wouldn't be a bad offer.  Looks like a nice car. --FT On 4/12/19 3:58 PM, Andrew Strasfogel wrote: OMG

This one might not be a bad price with a bit of dickering, the issues are too daunting. https://charleston.craigslist.org/cto/d/summerville-2000-mercedes-sl500-73k/6859786908.html -- --FT ___ http://www.okiebenz.com To search list archives
