In the past ~2 weeks, if I move my steering wheel at all before
starting, the ignition locks up. I know that this is not uncommon.
However, once it happens, it is almost unmovable. Sometim

The tumbler is what you put the key in. To take it out, you need a paperclip or
very thin jeweler's screwdriver. You'll have it out

Do not lock the ignition again until you replace the lock cylinder (aka
tumbler).
The last time you unlocked it may be the last time you are ever able to lock it.
MBz did not design the car so that

I can't help you with the tumbler, etc., explanation you need, but
there are some folks on this list that like to see emails signed w/a
name. If you will do that, you can be assured of assistance with
some of best Mercedes wisdom available...
