First thing I would suggest is to put the spanner on all the
suspension/steering bolts and ensure everything is tight. Remember as
you turn the wheel the geometry changes and your wheel will try and get
back to straight, this is like a figh

Very likely bad engine mounts allowing the fan to contact the shroud.

Try turning the corner while applying some diesel and see what happens.
Does the sound increase in frequency with increasing engine RPM? You can
also coast around the corner in neutral and rev the engine. I wish I was
there to help out with this one.
