FYI, Harbor Freight sells a very effective exhaust pipe expander tool.. in 4 size ranges. You insert the tool inside the pipe, then using a strap wrench to hold the pipe, tighten the expansion nut on the tool and expand the collet to expand the pipe to a slip fit size. With that, and a couple of
