Yes they are quite strange.

Maybe. That sound deadening is pretty thick and resilient. The metal could be
long gone, and until you start poking and prodding, you won't know it.

A little high if you ask me, but not surprising. $3,000 would have been the
top end of the range, I would think. If any of the concerns about water
intrusion are legitimate, it’s not worth Kaleb money. I would think you could
pull up the carpets and tell in a matter of seconds.
I’m still a l
Ended at $3250. Seems very reasonable to me for that car. Retail. Not
reasonable for what I would pay for it though.

With the talk going on in the comments about Katrina and a possible flood
car it is not surprising.

They look correct to me. The side bolsters have a slightly different tint to
them, but that’s probably due to the camera and wear. Notice the pattern of
color is gradually shaded from front to rear, and side to center.
But still, it’s a non-turbo and has the goshawful Chrysler Type II ACC serv
It appears to be nice but something seems odd about the front seats, like maybe
they were recovered in something aftermarket.

That car is all the reasons why you shouldn’t own a W123 coupe. I’ll be amazed
if it goes much higher. And if you look at the comments (I’ve got some in
there) someone just noticed something about it being driven through high water
on one of the service tickets.
Ouch.
