arms. All sane Uber, Lyft, and taxi drivers
Apparently the rear window was either down or blown out. Driver (Uber or lyft
looks like) might have gotten out and popped the passenger.
TV people were Over here trying to get details, cops aren’t talking but no
arrest of the driver. Probably some crackhead.

the driver - hence the need for the driver to be prepared to defend himself.
